By the end of the year, you’ll be able to tour two more models—the Magnolia Flex and the Rosewood.
The Magnolia Flex is a two-story, four-bedroom home, which showcases 4,855 total square feet, a game room, a media room, three full baths, two half baths, and a two-car garage.
The Rosewood is a two-story, five-bedroom home, which offers 5,997 total square feet, five-and-a-half baths, a three-car garage, plus a study and club room. In this floor plan the first-floor study can be converted into a parlor.
As you enter the community, you’ll see the progress is well underway on the striking guardhouse and the majestic main entry, including the fountain, privacy gates and lush landscaping. Also, for a limited opportunity, Sienna Reserve purchasers are eligible to receive complimentary temporary privileges to all Tiburón Golf Club amenities and Sienna Reserve homeowners are eligible to become members of the exclusive Tiburón Golf Club.
