Our first model is about to get dressed.

“Transitional with a coastal twist.” That’s the design theme for our first model – the Hibiscus.

At this moment two highly-regarded interior designers from Robb & Stucky, Cynthia Bradford and Rachelle Porco, are busy putting the final touches on their vision for the Hibiscus model. But after reviewing their schematics, paint palette, opulent finishes, and furniture and accessory selections, there is no doubt in our minds it is going to be a stunner.

Now, you may be asking, what exactly does “transitional with a coastal twist” mean? Well, you’ll just have to take a tour of the model once it’s completed. We’ll let you know in a future eBlast exactly when that will be.

While the end of the construction phase for the Hibiscus model approaches the other two models, the Magnolia Flex and Rosewood, are approximately one and two months behind respectively. But, they don’t represent the only construction taking place within the community. When you drive down the winding streets you’ll discover that throughout Sienna Reserve a minimum of 10 additional homes are also in various stages of construction. Several of them overlook the freshwater lake with a fountain, which was recently installed.

Our landscape crews are also staying just as busy as our construction crews. This month they started to landscape the perimeter of the community with a variety of tropical plants and trees including live oak, orchids, coconut palms, Italian cypress, arboricola and plumbago, to name just a few. And they all look great.
After the perimeter is fully landscaped, the crews will be planting their talents at the community’s entry feature and roundabouts. Speaking of roundabouts, the multi-tiered fountain located in the roundabout in the middle of the community should be operational within the next week.
