It’s here. It’s finally here. Sienna Reserve’s model grand opening is now set in stone. It all starts on Friday, February 19 at 10 a.m. and will continue right through the weekend – and beyond.
We’re so proud of our models – and our community – we just can’t wait for you to see it for yourself. Those visitors who got a “Sneak Peek” at our models loved them.
As you tour our beautiful models we ask you keep one thing in mind – we’re selling quickly. As of mid-February, about two-thirds of our 45 homes have been sold, however some of the best homesites in the community are still available. Several overlook our freshwater lake. Others offer views of our pristine nature preserve.
But, if you want to make Sienna Reserve your new home, the time to make that decision is now. We would sure love to have your family as part of our community.
So, as a Sienna Reserve VIP,take advantage of this Pre-Grand Opening notice and come visit with one of our sales associates. They have the latest information. Then tour our three models. We have a very good feeling we have the perfect home and homesite for you.

Our models and sales center are open Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 5:30 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 5:30 pm. We’ll see you soon.
